The University of California Applications Are Away!

There is no input place to input SAT scores anymore in the UC applications but the instructions state that " If you choose to submit test scores as part of your application, they may be used as an alternative method of fulfilling minimum requirements for eligibility or for course placement after you enroll." (If you have a high SAT score, it's good to send it in! They can't legally ask for it but they're going to accept it if sent, therefore)

AP scores and pre-existing SAT 2 scores can also be inputted.
-> Since high schools aren't academically the same in rigor, it's important to get high scores on AP tests as well as to maintain a good GPA. The AP scores inform what quality the GPA is in context therefore.
